Tonight’s programme is the last in the series and highlights some of the issues facing families that have children with disabilities.  The dilema is whether the Will should leave more to help and care for the disabled at the expense of leaving less for the others.  There is no right and wrong answer, but, tonight’s programme explores some interesting and controversial ideas.
In the first conversation, Bruce wants to cut out his own children and his autistic grandson in favour of his two other grandchildren.
In the second there is disagreement between mum and dad on what to leave their severely disabled daughter. Dad wants to leave more, mum disagrees and wants equal shares leaving to the children.
Both cases face up to high moral decisions in which Sir Gerry Robinson will arbitrate.
